Elizabeth died in 1950, and her daughter maintained the home until 1979. She sold it to the Deegans for $60,000. The Deegans lived in the home until 1984, when they sold it to Ambulatory Medical Care, an urgent care clinic, for $68,750. The company was sued by the local Llanerch Civic Association, saying that its usage was a zoning violation and that they didn't want companies taking over a residential neighborood. They sold the home in 1994 for $100,000.
